Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery to the customer if the item has not been worn, damaged, sized, altered, or modified in any way. Returns must also be accompanied by any included boxes, warranty cards, accessories, etc. All special order items, modified items, custom sized items, worn items, damaged items, and altered items that are purchased online are not returnable or refundable.
Please follow these easy steps to process your return and refund:
1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and put "Return request" in the subject line. In the email please add your order number and why you are choosing to return the item. Some options could be: "It didn't fit me" or "I don't love it".
2) We will process your return request within 1-3 business days. You will then receive a return approval or denial.
3) After receiving you return approval please send the item to Dublin Village Jewelers at 251 West Bridge Street Dublin, Ohio 43017. Please make sure that the item is packaged in a way that prevents any damage to the item. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
4) A member of our team will inspect the item upon arrival and if there are no issues the payment refund will be processed promptly. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable (applicable only if you paid for upgraded shipping).
